I have an Iphone, previous owned by my wife, who is also on O2.
I have purchased a sim, but it will not accept credit. I have tried online and by phone.
I keep getting a message online saying "something is broken, please try again later"
I have being trying for over a week now, and have even ordered another sim, in case that was
the problem. Still no joy!

As said, use a voucher first. We are told this shouldn't be necessary but it seems to be the only way that works for the first top up
