I know this may have already been brought up but I was wondering i am paying 54 pound a month and was curious to whether the mandatory insurance was covered in this cost or is that an extra £12.50 a month ontop

Says included here but I believe there are charges for damage to a returned phone:

Are you a business or consumer o2 lease customer? I believe that they are very different in there offerings.
