well i was using the myo2 app to keep track of my allowances etc, but a few weeks ago, i signed out completely, shortly after i changed my username, to an email, confirmed it...
now it says:

How do I fix this?

It will probably be better speaking to customer service and ask them to reset your account and ask them which login details they have registered against your account.

a few people have experienced this, all you need to do is uninstall the app then reinstall it
