I have an iphone SE (1st Generation) The contacts App has suddenly gone blank as well as my phone App.

 

I am unable to make or recive any calls. I have been into settings to see if any thing has changed. I am unable to access the Mobile Data App in there. 

 

Any suggestions to try and resolve what ever is the problem. I have switched on and off as well as a Reset of All Settings.

 

Unable to do a back up and do a toal reset as iTunes informs me there is an error.

 

I can get messages and emails but unable to open them.

Sounds faulty.

Apple will run a remote diagnostic check to try and identify the issue.

Thanks for your suggestion. Problem resolved after assistance from Apple. Good customer service from them.
