Hi Guys,

Firstly thank you all for your previous assistance it was much appreciated.

I have a Iphone XS Max and at home my O2 signal is dismal at best, I want to force the iphone to use wifi calling when at home. WiFi calling has been set up on my O2 account and I have WiFi calling set to on for the XS Max but even when there is no signal it will not switch over to WiFi calling and this makes the phone worse than useless at home. Is there something I am missing here because this is getting really frustrating. Any help would be much appreciated.

@ghughes

Put phone into airplane mode and turn on wifi.

It will force everything to come through the wifi signal.
