Hi I ordered the apple ipad air in rose gold yesterday when it was in stock, I got a email later that day stating it is now not in stock I was hoping it will arrive before my daughters birthday as its a gift for her, I've looked on your website and it says that your next stock is not over 4 weeks, I've contact someone from your team hoping that I could change the colour as they have it stock but I'm not alloud, they offered to cancel but I have paid £20 upfront, I also don't know when I am paying my bill, will I be paying it before I receive it? I haven't been given much information at all.

You need to call customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or use Skype to call 0800 032 1402
