I got my phone the other day and can't get on the internet unless on my wii at home.  I've read the posts about reseting the internet settings but it hasn't helped. I've also checked my account and Im on an i phone tarrif and my phone is displaying the right idata.o2.co.uk apn.

Any ideas guys???

Really not impressed with this phone to say the least 😞

Yep I'll have to look for my nearest store, looks like the 3G just isn't engaging regardless of what it says in the settings. Thanks for your help anyway slight_smile

Do you have a G or H at the top of the screen?

Check the service status for your postcode here http://status.o2.co.uk/

Nothing at the top of the screen other than o2uk, I doubt it's coverage as I've been out and about the last few days and never had a problem with the BB.

Im going to put it down to Apples style over substance and send the bloody thing back.

Could well be. It's not an uncommon problem unfortunately. If you have an Apple store nearby they will check it out and replace it if faulty.

You mention you had a BB. Did you get your data bolt on changed to the iPhone data bolt on, has they are different data bolt ons for BB, Android, iPhone?

I should read the first post more carefully, I see that you are already on the iPhone data bolt on slight_smile
