I can't restart order

Can anybody help me I want to restart my upgrade order. I was about to order gold 5s 32gb yesterday but didn't end up doing the payment bit and now I want to change it to 16gb but when I click upgrade it takes me to the bit I left of (32gb 5s) I can't find a way to reset it I tried calling O2 the lines are busy and so is live chat.l I haven't paid for the 5s yet so I don't see why I can't restart my order and I want to order 5s tonight and my local stores will be shut by time I get there

There is no DIY answer.  Got to phone or go through chat.  Chat sorted it for me, but if it isn't in your basket, it isn't ordered (unless you've paid for it of course...)

We'll it's not ordered cause it takes me to the bit whee u accept terms and conditions then ur info payment etc.. I can't find a way to restart it so I can choose the 16gb instead
