Why can’t I enter competitions using 6 digit code from my iPhone?

Edited to add, you also have to be in the UK to enter competition codes.

Hey @Comp1 , let us know if you managed to enter the competition ok in the end with the above info? If you're still stuck, let us know a bit more detail (which competition?) and if you discussed with customer service yet?
