ESim visual voicemail

Im going round and round in circles with this grrrrr

I currently have 2 lines on my iPhone:

Business - vodafone with normal sim

Personal - O2 esim

Is there anyway to have both accounts with visual voicemail. O2 have been totally unhelpful everytime I have called. They say idata is turned on but I only seem to have access to my business account under visual voicemail 😞
