Data tariff transfer to new ipad

At the end of November 2017 my iPad that I purchased on contract comes to an end. I have been gifted a new cellular iPad and I want to transfer the sim from the old iPad to the new one. I need the software to view my tariff charges on the new iPad but don’t know how to get same software that was automatically downloaded on the old iPad to view my data charges etc. 

I have looked at Apple store but the apps they offer are not the same.

can anyone understand what I am intending doing and knows how to solve the problem.....

If on contract the myo2 app should be the one you want . can to take a screen shot of the old app on the old ipad that would help us identify what you are looking for

You need to slect full view mode at the bottom of the page then hit reply and a box will appear with a picture icon hit that then select the screen shot etc .

8.8.0 is the my o2 app latest so that is what you need to download to new ipad etc
