Have a damaged screen. Phone is in warranty. Can I simply get  replacement?

For screen damage it will be 99% an insurance claim, so if you have insurance you will need to contact your insurer, and if you don't have insurance then you will need to contact the manufacturer or the likes of ismash etc and get a quote and pay for it.
