I would like to change my address on my account, could you please tell me how I can do this.

To change billing address you need to log into your MyO2 BILLS section.

As said, you will need to enter your security PIN or set one up if you haven't done so already, so you will need your phone to set up a verification code.

Sign into My O2 and click on My Details. You can change it there and I think you now get a text with a code to enter.
