Morning! The dreaded Error code 14 has hit. I’m able to set up cellular with another sim but just not with my primary number. I was able to do this ( as a second plan) until Network relations team deleted the second plan and since then I’ve had the error code. I’ve spoke to o2 CS just about everyday for this month. Some staff want to send me out a new ESIM others refer me to another team with another 72 hours to tell me I can’t have more than one plan( although o2’s website tells me different) . No one seems to know the correct way to deal with this, Please I just need this sorted now.

So I’ve managed to sort this myself, 27 days of speaking to customer service in store and no reply from the Forum. Go in store and get a sim swap. Works instantly!

Hi Jay. Out of interest what Apple Watch have you got? Am using the Ultra with a 13 and the same issue. No one will give me a straight answer on how to fix. Also oddly would information that anything about an 11 phone doesn’t work with an Apple Watch. Have you got your issue sorted now?

Hi @DH4, I’m using the 14 Pro max with the ultra, I spoke with so so so many people and got nowhere, sadly even on this community fell on deaf ears with staff members promising to private message me but no reply. The Watch worked fine with a different sim so guessed it had to be my personal sim in the phone. Went in store and swapped it and worked instantly, error code just vanished. Fingers crossed for you.

All we can do, assuming you have not had any joy calling 202, is tag in a Forum O2 Advisor, @smille7982 - @O2Sarah- is on from 8am Monday, watch out for a message here from her after that time. Good luck!
