I am being charged for voicemail on my monthly bill even though I don't use this facility. Any duggestions to why this might be? Thankyou.

Voicemail should be free on monthly contract. Ask customer service why you are being charged. Does it state the charges are for voicemail on your bill?

Says it is outside my allowances and yes says voicemail on my bill.

Voicemail is charged when you are abroad.

Dial 1760 to make sure it's turned off.

Iam on a monthly contract with o2, am i being charged for retrieving of my voicemail ?

depends on your tarriff, but 99% of them now just use the allowance on your call plan.
