I've updated my phone with installing updates and now I cannot get into it.

 

Home screen is showing Welcome to One UI 6.1 and when I selected Explore at the bottom and take me through all the steps, it doesn't let me go to the next step. It shows up a time out message

Check that you are still connected to wifi or mobile data.

Also see if there is a skip button to bypass the tutorial.
