unlocking my galaxy ace 3 device

I have recently got a galaxy ace 3 and it seems to be locked onto EE.I am currently on O2 and would like to know how I go about unlocking the phone .Use kiddy language please lol not a techno guy.

Good luck. They aren't the easiest of networks to deal with.
I don't usually recommend this but you might be better off on your local market stall.

Bloody awful at unlocking.
You have to register fully with them
You then have to apply for code
Then they find any excuse not to give you code.
Then you do that and wait, then two months later you chase them up, then they make BS promises about how it will be done by Monday,
Then it's Tuesday and nothing.
Then they apologise and give you 2gb data as an apology, even though, quite clearly you wish to leave
