I've just pre-ordered one but that link https://samsung%20offers.claims/giftwatch6 doesn't work. Is this due to the release being next week or?

Hi, Why is the device price of S24 Ultra 512 GB £1309 on O2, when it's only £1249 on Samsung?

Its £1350 on EE, and Samsung's normal price is £1349, it is only because Samsung are discounting it..
You can always go buy from Samsung and take their credit offering..

Samsung direct are often cheaper.
Don't think that's a question that can be answered here as nobody has access to what is a commercial decision

I know the actual price is £1349 for S24U 512GB and £1249 for S24U 256GB. But my question is why is O2 advertising offer says "Pre-order the 512GB model for the price of the 256GB. Ends 30 January." ???

Because they want you to buy on contract and not outright...
