Hi all
i recived a new samsung S6 on 21/2/17 from O2 insure , it developed a fault it wont hold a charge and only works plugged into charge lead.
Took it to O2 shop Guru and tried all sorts even hard reset to no avail so decided to sent to O2 repair on 19/4/17 .
have just had a txt from repair saying phone is not coverd by warrenty ????????
they say screen is damaged and want £240 to fix it ??
On my recipt from O2 shop it states Handset condition as Good no obvious damage . the O2 repair is sending the handset back to store so i can inspect the damage ??
so an not a happy bunny , any ideas as what to do next

Hey get the phone back and send it off to Samsung. Make sure the phone is in the same condition and hopefully check the IMEI number against the phone you sent in. Absolute joke of a company to many customers.

Great work. Now they shouldn't be allowed to get away with this scam
