Hello,
I just got my first smart phone, and my tariff is 15 pounds a month. Before my smartphone my bill always came to about 16 pounds as I'd rarely use anything other than my free minutes and texts.
Now I have this smart phone, the Samsung GT S5830, and I have gone on the Internet with it, but only through my wifi at home or at work, and this time my bill has gone up to 25 pounds and it says for internet charges. Surely if I use my home Internet or work internet wifi it should be free?
Can I call o2 and get this money back, and how can I set my phone so it won't go on the Internet without me knowing?!
Thanks.

hi
you can give o2 a call but I don't think you will get the money back
switch mobile data off and that will stop your phone from using the data when not connected to WiFi
also, how much data allowance do you have?
