Hi and Welcome as a new member to the forum ,

This could be a result of a number of things.
Lets eliminate any issues with the 02network ,or your sim card first.

Telephone customer services on 202 contract or 4445 payg to ensure your accounts ok.

Clean your SIM card.

Check your service status first.
