can no longer send or recieve photos

Hi have a Samsung Galaxy Ace....Ive not been able to recieve or send photos via text for 2 months. Images I sent previously are still " sending" weeks later and Iim unable to download any that have been sent to me.....any ideas?

Try sending Active to 2020.

 

You will need to have data turned on too.

Yes I was but it was the thought of the dreaded overseas call centres put me off,,,,,many thanks for your advice by the way!!!

I canr say ive noticed o2 using overseas centres. As far as im aware they boast uk csll centres.

U may tho have spoken to someone with an ethnic accent.

No they have some call centres in South Africa run by Capita.

Hopefully they are just dealing with the overflows or out of hours calls. It's sad that they feel the need to outsource calls on a cost-cutting basis.

Jonsie, 

Look at these forums and the petty complaints and expectations that some customers have. In the current climate I think it would be nearly impossible for any phone carrier not to have to cut costs somewhere to even come close to some of the expectations wanted by some.
