Hope you can help.   I am a pensioner and  am auto top up - yet my telephone is for emergency use only.  My phone is hardly ever used - about once or twice a year - yet auto top up happens - and I can not afford it.  Please advise is there is a way to combat this problem which I would think relates to many older people.  Otherwise I will have no alternative other than to cancel the auto top up and possibly ditch the phone.  Your advice would be appreciated.

Yours faithfully,

Bruce

Just cancel the auto top up option in your MyO2 and top up manually when required.
