Hi. Recently bought a Samsung A34 5G from Samsung rather than O2. I thought WiFi calling would be available as it shows this to be the case if you purchase from O2 Shop.

However this is not currently an option on my phone.

Does anyone know what if anything I can do to get WiFi and 4G calling to work on this Samsung A34 5G ?

Thank you.

You need to call customer service to have it enabled on your account

Then go into My O2 on the web

Use the dropdown box under 'More" and enable it on your device

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Thanks for the support. I already supposedly have Wifi and 4G calling enabled on my account when I log into MyO2. It is purely the Samsung Phone which doesn't have the option in either Settings or Phone to enable / turn on or off this feature. Any ideas or is it simply I didn't buy the phone from O2 and so don't have O2 firmware so tough luck ?

Been cases recently where My O2 shows it as active when the reverses is true.

You don't need O2 firmware as they now use the standard Samsung offering.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
