Why does my phone go straight to answerphone when someone rings me, I am based in France.

O2 only allow you to use your phone in EU for 3 months before they restrict your services, so if you have reached the limit, you'll need to contact them to see if it can be extended Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
