Hi, if I buy a Samsung Galaxy A53 5G from Amazon, will it work with WiFi calling on O2, or do I have to buy it direct from O2 to get the correct firmware?

O2 stopped putting custom firmware on the phones they sell in 2018 or thereabouts - so you should be ok, @Arcall.
The models in here are not exactly current, either, so you might need to dig a bit here on O2 or forum websites: https://www.o2.co.uk/help/network-coverage-and-international/wifi-and-4g-calling
The article above does mention O2 specific firmware, now I read it more closely - check a couple of sources to be sure - I see on the forum that most Samsung models with the regular firmware versions work fine on O2: https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling
