good evening all

i wonder if someone could kindly help me.

my phone has stopped syncing my emails, i have tried the usual auto resync, clear cache date and restart options, to no avail.

i have now been informed that my bt mail account needs a password change due to unormal activity.

so my question is if i remove my email account of my phone and reinstall it, will i lose all my emails, contacts etc.

as i have been told this is the only fix?

I would certainly suggest deleting and reinstalling and you won’t lose anything providing you are set up with imap.
If on pop3 settings you will lose anything that still isn’t on the server though.
