Hi, My Samsung S10 which is via O2 keeps losing its signal. My wife's S10 which is via Virgin mobile does not. I have tried restarting my mobile but it does not have any effect. Because there is no problem with my wife's mobile I am led to believe the problem lies with the O2 network. The O2 diagnostics say there is no problem with the network. Any Ideas ? For info I have just moved to O2.

WiFi has nothing to do with o2.
Mobile Signal is different and Virgin Mobile uses Vodafone, so that has no baring on the issue you are having, and Vodafone's signal will be different to o2's...
Check here for any service issues https://status.o2.co.uk
And also have a look here Guide: How can I sort out my network issues? Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

Hi madasaf1sh. I have a Samsung S10 so has my wife. I have just switched to O2 my wife is with Virgin. There is no problem with my wife's phone that is why I suggested the problem is with with O2.

The only similarity is that you both have an S10
Virgin Media (Mobile) runs on Vodafone, and have a look at the guides and the status page and that will help.
It could be as simple as the o2 signal is not as good as Vodafone's.
