Samsung Note 9 - where's the Wifi Calling function?

Hi,

Due to living in a poor reception area, I recently switched from a virtual network provider to O2 so that I could benefit from the Wifi Calling feature; however, now that I've switched over, my Note 9 still doesn't show this feature in phone settings.

It wasn't on my phone before as my old provider didn't offer this service.

Any ideas?

Cheers

You need either O2 firmware or generic unbranded, if you have EE or Voda firmware it won't work.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
