Hi all,

My WiFi on my Fold2 unexpectedly stopped working the other week. I can still switch the WiFi on and off, but no WiFi networks appear even though they are present (home WiFi connected to other devices). My 5G works fine but I noticed the Bluetooth also doesn't work. Also I didn't install any new apps, the drop in WiFi just happened.

After the initial drop I performed the following steps:

- Reset Network Settings, no luck

- Soft reset (switching phone off and on), no luck

- Restart in Safe Mode, no luck

- Hard reset, no luck

- Restart in Safe mode after Hard reset, WiFi started working!

The Wifi came back after the above steps, but after a week it's dropped again. I've repeated the above steps and unfortunately the WiFi is still not coming back (as well as the Bluetooth).

Does anyone have any ideas? I've tried calling O2 but haven't managed to get through to them.

Cheers

@robbwar The phone will still be under warranty so you're probably better off going to Samsung directly:

Contact Samsung and they can run a diagnostic check and advise.

Thanks for the swift responses Bambino and MI5. I'll pursue Samsung directly and update here.
