SAMSUNG GALAXY A3

Hello,

Having problems setting up voice mail on SAMSUNG GALAXY A3. On call forwarding, it asks for a

prefix +5+mob number. What would the prefix be for a O2/giffgaff user?

Thank you,

Carmem

You can call forward on giffgaff but only to another giffgaff number.
For voicemail on giffgaff you just dial 1616 https://www.giffgaff.com/support/calls-and-internet/voicemail or for vm on o2 you just dial 1750 to set up http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-Services/All-you-need-to-know-about-O2-Voicemail-901/m-p...
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Are you on contract? Call forwarding isn't supported on payandgo on either O2 or giffgaff.
