HI, I just recieved my newly ordered One Plus Nord 2 (yesterday) and both seals are broken. It was ordered online as a new phone, not a refurb.
In the queue now to get this dealt with.
Has anyone else had similar issues?

Someone recently had the same issue
Advice as then, return it and insist on a sealed unit
