Length of ringtone

How do I change the length of the ringtone on my Samsung Galaxy A6 before it goes to voicemail?

I've followed the instructions but am still getting the message Connection problem or invalid MMI code. I have tried all combinations of WiFi and Mobile Data settings to no avail

Then you need to call customer service and have them disconnect wifi calling on your account  (switching off in My O2 or on the phone isn't sufficient)

Then you can extend the ring tone and have CS reconnect wifi calling
