I have similar problem. Moved from o2pay and go to monthly contract - want to keep old number. Everytime I complete the online firm it says either Not Allowed or that there is a tchenical problem and their technicians are working on it. Went to shop and they were unable to help. Have phoned a and been in a queue that says it will last an hour - have now phoned to try and cancel the new contract as it is still within the cooling off period but am again in hour long queue. Well hacked off - it really shouldn't be this hard.
