The phone screen went black and blank and wouldn't recover.  A new screen was put in at a cost of £70.  How do I claim for that on my insurance?

Regards

Mike Plant

I fear you should have claimed first, before getting the repair though.

If the screen was already put on before the claiming then if o2 are like Assurant then you wont be able to claim, as the repair has to be authorised by the Insurance company first, like all insurances,.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
