As you can see from my user name I Am a virtual mobile phone virgin as my wife bought me a Samsung Galaxy Ace GT s5830i android smart phone for Christmas and having Never used one I,m having teething probelms: 1. Though £20 top up was bought at the time in the o2 shop and that is reflected on the sales receipt o2 keeps telling me my credits are only good till the 7th of January.2. I wish to post pictures from my phone to facebook or attachments via e-mail. 3. I wish to download to my mobile. Any assistance greatly appreciated. Thank You. And by the way my name is Byron

2 - Download the Facebook app off play and you can upload picture from there to facebook https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.facebook.katana&feature=nav_result#?t=W251bGwsMSwy...

3 - What do you want to download to the phone? If putting photos, videos and music on try Samsungs companion software, Kies http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/usefulsoftware/KIES/JSP Install it on your PC and connect phone to PC with data cable. Disable your firewall / virus software whilst you download and set up kies. First time phone is connected wait until your PC loads the correct phone drivers.

Thanks for the info M15. I ended up going to the o2 shop in Sale Shopping Centre where the guru explained everything to me and set the mobile for me so hopefully I,m getting somewhere. Thanks Again
