You need to go to O2 | Gurus | Watch O2 Guru Help Videos or Book an In Store Guru , Online and wait for a chat option to pop up.

Or use the O2 Chat link in my signature.

No not a 24 hour helpline, usually chat is available from around 8am to 10pm UK time.
