Galaxy Ace sim unlock pin

can anybody help me?

 

I got a friend a galaxy ace for christmas, not knowing that they had a contract on there old phone.

 

Now I need a "sim service provider unlock pin" so she can use the phone, any ideas people??

Are you saying you need to unlock the phone to use on a different network? If so and its a PAYG phone you can't do it for 12 months (not through O2 anyways).

You may have to return the phone if it's njot over the 7 days cooling off period. As MI5 says, O2 won't unlock a P&G phone for 12 months.
