I'm O2 customer and i have a samsung watch 4 . Can i have esim without paying extra?

You can swap a physical SIM for an eSIM, but if you need a SIM for your watch in addition to the one in your phone, it is an additional monthly cost (£5/mth, I think), @RoyCuba . I hope I understood your question correctly.
