Hello,
I advised O2 last month that I wanted to terminate my contract on my end date of the 15th October. I wanted to wait until less than 30 days before to get my pac number so that I could transfer it to another network.
However, this week I have been trying to get through on their customer services number without success (over 60 minutes on hold over the last two days). I've tried logging in online, but their 'Livechat' services isn't working either (this is beginning to feel like a bit of a conspiracy)!
I just want an email address so that I can contact them to get my pac number.
Does anyone know of one?
