You can't. It's part of the integral OS of Android. You can try to disable it, or force stop it, but you can't uninstall it. I have the option to disable it on my Nexus 5.

As you are posting in the Android thread I presume you have an Android phone?
@Bambinois correct you can't disable it. When I had my first Android phone I tried to delete many apps and was told via this forum that if they were inbuilt to the OS... you couldn't. ...

I have it disabled and make sure nothing is backed up to it. I don't use it and deleted all photos, friends, circles and unpick everything possible in the app settings.
