I get the following error message:

Call forwarding

Connection problem or invalid MMI code.

I am using my phone with wifi turned on and am connected to my home wifi.

@Ellen that is because you have wifi calling enabled on your account.

Call customer services and ask them to remove it then the codes will work after 24 hours and a reboot of the phone.
