Bluetooth Problem on Galaxy S4

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi everyone, I have an S4 and have recently updated it to KitKat and since then I seem to be having problems with the bluetooth. When I switch it on it stays on for a couple of minutes then switches itself of, also it will not connect to my Tomtom satnav (I didn't have a problem before the update).

Has anyone else having this problem or know how to solve it slight_frown

Before resetting the entire phone try going into application manager (All tab) and clear data of bluetooth test and bluetooth share, then reboot.
If this doesn't work it maybe that you have other system conflicts, hence we always recommend a full reset after a firmware upgrade as suggested above.
