I'm not sure if I'm in the right place but here goes...

I am currently being harassed by numbers starting with 0203 and 0207. I don't give my number out to anyone unless I want them to have it! These numbers come up as 'Unknown' so I'm not inclined to answer. Can they be blocked?

I use HTC Smart phone on P-A-Y-Go.

There are a number of call blocking apps on Google Play. I don't use them so I can't recommend, but have a search and read the user reviews to find one you like.

Also, there may be an option on your phone to block numbers but it depends which model of HTC you have. If you go into your call log and find a number you want to block, click on it then press menu and look for any blocking/ignore options.
