2Gb data Volt benefit still not applied...

I have repeatedly been in touch with O2 agents about the 2gb data volt benefit which has not been applied. Each time I get "yes it will be sorted, please wait 14 days" but in never is.

 

What do I need to do? Getting very annoyed that I'm still having to chase this up after 4 attempts and several months of not having what I've paid for.

The best way is to contact o2 via social media, they will ask you to confirm you VM account details, and they will then ask Virgin to manually confirm they match
