Hi. bit of a weird one this one.

So I have a samsung galaxy A21S. I cracked the screen this week so I ordered a new lcd screen, took the phone apart and fitted the screen. The screen works, and its working normally, however now the phone itself will not register the o2 network or any sim card for that matter. it still connects to the Wifi fine, but i cant do texts, calls or mobile data as it doesnt register the sim card. almost certainly a hardware issue, does anyone have any experience of this? could anyone possibly know which component I maybe didn't put back quite right or might be loose.

Thanks

Steve

@Steve92

I'd start by checking the antenna connections.

That was it! One end of the antenna had popped out. Put it back in and works fine now. Thanks
