After having to restore my Samsung watch 5 I could not make phone calls when out of reach of my phone. I went to the O2 shop where a lovely lady spent time installing a new esim.

When I went out for a walk I tried to phone my house but all I go was "you can only make emergency calls" show up just like before.

Do I need to get another eim or is there something fundamentally wrong with the watch, phone or me?

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

I would go back to the shop and see if they can fix it properly.
