Hi, I don’t know if someone can help me here. I’ve just signed up to O2 and requested an eSIM. I’ve moved from my previous network which was Vodafone to O2 and now for the last three days I cannot use my phone because I have no network and my eSIM card has not activated. I can’t log into the O2 account because it keeps on sending me an activation code as I have no network I cannot receive the code To log into my account

The quickest way would be to go in store with photo ID and we don't advise esims because of this issue.

Use wifi and log into thew myo2 app, if you cant then you will need to speak to o2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2 

 

Why o2 cant email an esim and activation code like all other networks is beyond us
