Hello,I'm experiencing issues with roaming here in Italy (I've been in
Sicily and Naples). I can't use my phone at all because I have no signal
so I can't make calls or receive it, I can't access my O2 account
because I can't receive login confirmati...
Can you tell me what this is as I have had a message saying my order has
gone through and this has now been removed. I have not placed any orders
so I don't know what this is.
My son, also an 02 Customer. has given me his iphone 12 which he has
factory reset. I don't know if it is locked to any network provider as
resetting does not change that. The IMEI is [removed], can you check if
it is locked to the 02 network please?...
I phoned on Friday, as my SIM card had been deactivated, I was told the
sim would be reactivated by the latest Monday, it’s now Thursday and my
sim is still not been activated, surely nearly a week is long enough?

I’m just wondering if 03 numbers cost anything to call? Like radio
numbers? It says charged at standard network rate but not sure about all
that. does it cost the same as calling a house landline number ? 013 etc

I have recently upgraded and now my watch has stopped working in line
with my phone. It says no sim and no connection?. How do I my watch to
