Out going calls no ringtone

When I make a call using Wi-Fi calling I get no ring tone but the phone rings the other end . Tried on home phone. When I turn off Wi-Fi calling it rings out on my device but not when I dial 0800 numbers .

Resolved! no network can't call o2 support

my network just dropped out. I have tried the obvious turning phone off and on but still no connection. Worse still can't contact O2 supportNetwork coverage says fine on the status page.
